  • The plugin name you purchased
  • A short reason for the refund (optional, but helpful)


When Refunds Are Approved

Refunds are usually approved if:
  • The request is made within 7 days
  • The product does not meet your requirements
  • You faced an issue we could not resolve
  • You purchased the product by mistake and did not use it

When Refunds May Be Refused

Refund requests may be refused in cases such as:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund period
  • License misuse, redistribution, or policy violations
  • Fraudulent activity or repeated refund abuse


  • Requests related to third-party conflicts that are outside our plugin scope (themes, hosting restrictions, unrelated plugins)

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Subscription Renewals

If your purchase is a subscription and it renews automatically, you must request cancellation before the renewal date to avoid being charged again.
