License Policy
This License Policy explains how licensing works for premium products purchased from Trusty Plugins, including domain limits (1 / 5 / 25), license key usage, updates, support access and allowed usage.
It also includes important notes for users who purchased our Divi module from the Elegant Themes Marketplace.
By purchasing, downloading, installing or using our products, you agree to this License Policy.
GPL License (Open Source)
All Trusty Plugins WordPress plugins are licensed under the GPL 3.0 license.
You can read more about the GPL license here: [Add GPL Link]
Trademark & Branding Protection
Although our plugin code is governed under the GPL, users are strictly prohibited from using our brand name, logo, product names or trademarks for any unauthorized distribution, promotion, or resale of our products.
Any such use will be considered a violation of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
License Key & Domain Limits (1 / 5 / 25 Domains)
Single Site License (1 Domain)
- Use the license on 1 website/domain
- Best for personal or single business websites
Multi Site License (5 Domains)
- Use the license on up to 5 websites/domains
- Best for freelancers and small teams managing multiple sites
Agency License (25 Domains)
- Use the license on up to 25 websites/domains
- Best for agencies and developers managing many client websites
Note: A “domain” means one active WordPress website where the plugin is installed and the license key is activated.
What Your License Includes
- Premium plugin updates (new features, bug fixes, improvements)
- Security and compatibility updates
- Support (based on your plan)
- Access to premium downloads (where applicable)
License Transfer (Changing Domains)
- You moved your site to a new domain
- You migrated to a new hosting server
- You rebuilt your website and want to activate again
If you face issues during migration or activation, you can contact our support team.
Staging / Development Websites
We understand that many WordPress users test plugins on staging or development environments.
You may activate the license key on staging or development websites temporarily, as long as your total activations remain within your plan limit.
If you reach your activation limit, you may need to deactivate the license from an older domain before activating it on a new one.
Plugin Updates & License Expiry
You will receive automatic plugin updates inside your WordPress dashboard as long as your license key remains active.
If your license expires or is not renewed:
- The plugin may continue working on your website
- You will not receive updates
- You may lose access to premium support until the license is renewed
8) Restrictions (No Redistribution / Resale)
Premium plugin files (ZIP downloads) are provided for personal use and client use only, based on your active license plan.
- Redistribute the plugin files
- Resell the plugin files
- Sublicense the plugin
- Share premium downloads with third parties without permission
Fair Usage & License Abuse
- License key sharing
- Usage above plan limits
- Redistribution or resale attempts
- Fraud or chargeback abuse
